Eli Belkind, Founding Partner
The firm's founding and managing partner, Eli Belkind has personally lead a broad spectrum of transactions from M&A's valued at hundreds of millions of dollars in diversified fields of business, to acquisitions of production plants in Israel and abroad, joint ventures, hotel acquisitions and managements agreements, Build-Operate-Transfer projects, distribution and licensing agreements in Israel and abroad, and much more.
Mr. Belkind specializes in commercial and corporate law, high-tech, computer law, telecommunication, distribution agreements, licensing, domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Mr. Belkind was born in Israel and speaks fluent Hebrew, English, and Russian. He holds an LLM in finance and banking law and international trade law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Assaf Baruch, Partner
Mr. Baruch represents international and domestic companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other equity transactions. In addition, he provides ongoing legal advice on various corporate and commercial matters to a wide range of clients, including startups, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds and multinational companies. Mr. Baruch also represents real estate companies, entrepreneurs, property owners and potential purchasers in complex and large-scale real estate projects, sale and purchase of residential and commercial assets and combination transactions. Prior to joining Belkind & Co., he was an associate in the corporate department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm. Mr. Baruch holds an LL.B., magna cum laude, and a BA in management, both from Tel Aviv University, and is fluent in both Hebrew and English.
Ika Ben Mordechai, Partner
Ms. Ben Mordechai specializes in all areas of real estate law, bringing domain expertise in a large array of real estate transactions and projects, including, among others, complex projects and transactions relating to residential, urban renewal ("Tama 38" and "Evacuation & Construction" projects), industrial, office, hotels, malls, commercial centers, buildings, land and others. She advises clients and executes on matters relating to the terms and conditions of sale, purchase, leasing, financing, debt restructuring, investment and ownership structures. Ika has led an array of transactions from the structuring and planning stage through the successful execution and closing of the transaction.
